Instructor standing and records are managed through the EASI app, making it easy to show your level to operators, resorts, and regulators. Accredited operators appoint instructors against the EASI levels, and every appointment is on record.
Foundation-level instructor training covering EASI demo methodology, student assessment basics, and safe water practices. The entry level for instructors who assist with Intro Demo and Level 1 lessons under supervision.
Instructors at this level run Intro Demo Lessons and teach Rider Level 1 independently at accredited EASI operators. Focuses on consistent lesson delivery, risk management, and quality assurance at the beginner level.
Instructors at this level teach Rider Levels 1–2 and assist on Level 3 and specialty rider modules. Emphasises rider progression, coaching in more complex conditions, and managing mixed-ability groups on the water.
Instructors at this level teach Rider Levels 1–3 and Safety & Rescue while supervising multi-rider sessions and rentals. Includes group route planning, on-water communications, and oversight of rescue craft and response.
Top-tier instructor designation for those leading instructor courses, regional training, and site evaluations. Master Trainers mentor other instructors, support audits, and act as EASI’s technical reference point for operators and regulators.
Enables Level III+ instructors to deliver dedicated Safety & Rescue training for riders and operators. Covers structured rescue drills, incident management scenarios, and integration of local emergency resources.
Adaptive specialists run Adaptive Rider programs and advise operators on adaptive setups. Focuses on equipment adaptations, tailored launches and recoveries, and inclusive risk management for riders with additional needs.
